Your return window
A return or exchange request can be made within 30 days of the date your purchase is delivered. Please identify the order and provide a receipt or equivalent purchase evidence. Goods returned because you changed your mind should be unused and remain in their original condition and original packaging. We can offer a replacement only when the requested item is available.
Request instructions before sending a parcel
Our support team will explain the approved return method. The merchant covers eligible return postage, whether the request concerns an unwanted purchase or an item that is defective, damaged, wrong or incomplete. We provide a prepaid label or arrange an alternative return method at our cost. Use the company address given at the end of this page unless we supply a specific return address for your case.
Incorrect, damaged or missing contents
Report the problem with your order reference, a description of what arrived and photographs where relevant. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. Requirements for a normal change-of-mind return do not remove statutory rights when goods are faulty or have been supplied incorrectly.
Approval and payment reversal
We inspect the return after it reaches us. When a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt, inspection and approval. A financial institution may require more time to display the credit in your account. Please retain shipment and return records until the matter is resolved.
If dispatch has not occurred
Ask support as early as possible if you need to amend or cancel an order before shipping. We will check whether fulfillment can still be stopped; sending a request does not guarantee cancellation. Once goods have shipped, the return arrangements on this page apply. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply regardless of these operating procedures.
