Delivery area and cost

Our delivery service is for addresses in the United States. Standard Shipping costs nothing on any US order, with no spending threshold. Applicable taxes are calculated separately under the relevant law and are disclosed during checkout.

From order preparation to arrival

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before an order is handed to the carrier. Transit normally requires a further 4–6 business days after dispatch. Saturdays, Sundays and US federal holidays are not included. These time ranges are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and carrier disruptions may lengthen them.

Tracking your delivery

We send a shipment notice containing tracking information to the email used for your order. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created and before the carrier scans the parcel. If progress stops or a package does not arrive as expected, contact us with the order and tracking references for assistance.

Corrections and parcel concerns

Check the delivery details before paying and contact support immediately if you discover an error. We will look into available corrections, but cannot guarantee an address change after shipment. For damage, suspected loss, missing contents or an incorrect delivery, share the relevant order details and any useful photographs. We will investigate and explain the next step toward resolving the problem.
